BID BULLETIN NO. 2

Item 6.1.A.2 of the Instructions to Bidders requires the submission of a Business/Mayor’s Permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located. Considering that renewal of business permit for 2011 is still ongoing, submission by a prospective bidder of a Mayor’s/Business Permit with a validity date until December 31, 2010 will be allowed for purposes of the opening of bids.

Due to the unavailability of the Annexes of the Terms of Reference on January 11, 2011, the deadline for submission and opening of bids scheduled on January 18, 2011 is moved to January 21, 2011. Bids shall be submitted until 9:00 a.m. only.
